With eight years of experience in credit intermediation and two in real estate, Mariline brings together the two halves of a purchase: finding the right home and securing the right financing. She is CEO of Trust Wita, Lda., a credit intermediary registered with the Banco de Portugal under no. 0008715 and a HouseTellers partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For buyers, she reviews their financial profile, compares terms across lenders and follows the whole process through to the deed. For sellers, this means buyers whose financing has been worked out from the start, and fewer surprises along the way. She speaks Portuguese and English, and also works with foreign clients who need financing in Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andreia works with owners and buyers across the Set\u00fabal Peninsula and believes that selling a home doesn't have to be stressful. The fear of paperwork, unscreened viewings and uncertain negotiations are exactly what she takes care of: documentation, marketing and buyer screening, so that clients can focus on the next chapter of their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before talking about property, she likes to understand what each client is really looking for and when the right time to move is. She speaks Portuguese and English, which also allows her to work with foreign clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
